Our Approach

We work on a waterfall model for all our projects. Every project starts with extensive research to pinpoint the needs of the area. We also seek out and speak with the community members about suggestions and their inputs. Once everything gets finalized on paper, then the actual groundwork starts.

Once people move into their new homes, we complete the project by adjusting any last-minute changes they want to make to make their custom home, making it entirely theirs. We have been building your happiness for almost 20 years in the GVRD, and we are proud of it. We not only build new homes, but we also re-build custom homes.
